Currently, I am employed with VGM Associates in the Homelink division, as Patient Care Coordinator. I receive referrals for injured workers comp patients. I keep in contact with insurance and local providers. I negotiate pricing on medical equipment for the patient. I have also worked in Aviation as a customer service representative for 5 years. Here I handled in coming calls, reserving hotels and cars for pilots and high profile clientele alike. I have worked as an office coordinator for a small construction company, where I scheduled service calls for residential and commercial locations. I worked to process payroll for employees and accounts payable. With Nuance Communications I assisted customers online with placing orders for cell phones, plans, and accessories. Along with my duties as a Chat Specialist at the position I worked with other Chat Specialists and management as a team to organize different events to better our work environment.
