Sasha supports communities in their efforts to end homelessness by catalyzing system-level action to innovate service provision, promote cross-sector collaboration and collective impact, and foster greater efficiency in resource allocation. She specializes in strengthening coordinated entry systems (from evaluation and redesign to implementation), facilitating strategic planning processes, performing needs assessments and gaps analyses, developing partnerships to enhance cross-sector and cross-agency collaboration, and providing capacity-building technical assistance to implement person-centered and evidence-based policies and practices.
