Whether clients are planning for their family's future, a poor medical prognosis, potential incapacity, or requiring a special needs trust, Sasha navigates difficult conversations with delicacy and compassion, yet practical solutions. For more complex estates and legacy planning, Sasha consults with other professionals, including her clients' financial advisors, accountants, and charitable designees, to ensure her clients' estate plan is best suited for their unique circumstances. Sasha is dedicated to helping her clients through every step of the estate planning process. Sasha begins by listening to her clients, getting to know their personalities and values, and uncovering their primary motivations, goals, and concerns as it relates to their estates. To ensure they understand the mechanics of their plans, Sasha advises her clients through the drafting and execution of the coordinated estate plan documents, including, but not necessarily limited to, a Last Will and Testament, Durable Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and possibly Revocable and/or Irrevocable Trusts. Following execution of the estate planning documents, Sasha assists her clients with identifying assets that require updates to beneficiary designations or a transfer of title. Seeing the estate plan come together and her clients' goals come to fruition is the most rewarding part of her practice.Sasha assists families during the difficult time following a loved one’s passing through administration. Sasha prepares the necessary court filings and assists families in all aspects of the probate process. The probate process can be overwhelming and stressful, and Sasha aims to help make the process as easy and as efficient as possible.
