I have a love and passion for connection, communication and wine. After graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in Communications, focusing on theater and dance, I had the privilege of pursuing my art in Chicago’s magnificent theatre scene. Wanting to continue exploring new experiences, I moved to California with my studly husband Derrick and pursued a new passion – wine! Never being able to give less than 110%, I immersed myself in all aspects of the wine business – running a wine shop, becoming a Certified Sommelier, and teaching consumer wine classes. This passion evolved into my own wine education business, Vinolust, which offers online wine classes, in-person tastings and wine focused travel planning. As a graduate of the WSET Diploma program, my geek streak runs deep, but my history as a performer and entertainer helps me share my geeky passions with everyone in a way that is inclusive and accessible.After giving birth to a micro-preemie miracle baby on January 1, 2022, I was delighted by the opportunity to explore a new path and join the APO Financial Team with a goal of helping people and families find financial well-being and long-term security. LifePrintz, currently in development, will be a one-of-a-kind online space where families and close friends can maintain deep connections in an increasingly fragmented world, and create a lasting legacy to share with future generations.Living in southern California I do my best to take full advantage of the beautiful landscape for hiking, beaching, exploring and, of course, wine tasting. I adore paddle boarding and campfires, and my husband's exceptional cooking.
