Sasha Jane Henderson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2017, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Her trainings include Power Yoga Vinyasa E-RYT 200hr, Traditional HOT 26 / Hot Power Fusion (HPF) E-RYT 200hr, Corepower Extensions Program 50hr, Level 2 Advanced Teacher Training 40hr and lastly 300 RYS Yoga Alliance completed in January of 2022.She currently teaches Power Yoga Vinyasa, Traditional Hot based on the set sequence of 26 poses, Hot Power Fusion (combination of Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga and flow), Yoga Sculpt (yoga with weights) and Restorative Yoga.
