With over 15 years of experience in environmental management, climate change and sustainable development policy in the Caribbean region, I am currently a Loss and Damage Expert at Climate Analytics, a leading research and policy institute on climate change. My mission is to provide technical advice, research and analysis, project management and implementation, and capacity building on loss and damage, adaptation, climate justice and climate finance, with a focus on Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and the Caribbean region.I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality and impactful results for various clients and partners, including government agencies, intergovernmental organisations, and civil society organisations. Some of my recent achievements include providing technical assistance and advice to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda as a Commonwealth National Climate Finance Adviser and preparing a landscape assessment and a climate finance readiness report for the Islands Fund for Climate and Justice. I hold postgraduate degrees in environmental policy and regulation and environmental engineering, as well as certifications in project management and climate and renewable energy finance.
