Media exchange protocols and workflows.- Design and build of edit, grade and audio suites including remote systems and WFH suites. Theatre systems: Dolby Vision and Atmos.- Technical and editorial support to clients in the building as well as several other production companies.- Facility management, access control systems, CCTV.- TPN accreditation- Technical management on film sets.

Meeting with customers and managing service work so they feel heard and supported. Leading engineers and assigning them work as actionable tickets.Administering hours-budgets, timesheet approvals, and invoicing for profitability. Reporting to Managing Director Doing technical design, integration, installation and support with a high degree of organisational ability, technical competence, diagnosis skill, efficiency, and good communication.

Provided Operations, Technical, Maintenance, Purchase and Support needs for Sony professional broadcast equipment, at the same time supported the fleet of 20 hi-end Outside Broadcasting Vans located in Moscow and 9 regions of Russia. Served to different international TV channels. Successfully managed acceptance tests of twelve Hi-End 3G-HD Outside Broadcasting Vans plus twelve tender vehicles at Sony Professional production office (Basingstoke, UK), Broadcast Solutions (Bingen, Germany) as well as in Cargo Design (Czech Republic)Opened and managed a temporary service center for all Sony Professional video equipment involved in production during Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi 2014.In a separate office building near the venues international team from Japan, Germany, UK and Russia was covering Sony Professional equipment as well as supporting the official Russian broadcaster Panorama HD which was responsible for international and national signal which include 12 mobile units and over 160 cameras covering sporting events at practically every venue. Equipment worked in temperatures anywhere between -35C and +35C.Improved and reorganised service procedures by implementing issues tracking system, based on Atlassian JIRA which reduced response time and amount of open issues by about 60%. Workflows, user permissions and fields were customised based on company profiles.

Filmed and edited over 200 news bulletins, stories, corporate and educational films, short feature films and documentaries which were broadcasted by NOS, RTL,
Al-Jazeera, National Geographic, History Channel and BBC. As part of filming team traveled across Russia, CIS, Europe including conflict zones.Successfully completed EBU Hostile Environment Safety Training in Germany.Provided Video Engineering services to Global Crossing – Genesis Solutions (Now called Level 3 Communications), NTV Plus and Synterra Media.Live Telecast services and engineering support to ESPN and Sky Sport HD during Champions League Final, Australian Open Tennis Championships etc.Assembled TV studio and provided web stream live broadcasts for Khodorkovsky Press Center.
