I have over 25 years of experience in IT and Industry and, more than 20 years of experience in starting and building SMEs to ensure they bring something fresh to their industry and are as helpful to the end user as they can be.I began my career as a waitress, gaining valuable interpersonal and customer service skills before moving into software development. Not long after this, I discovered a passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship – even finalising my BCom degree and Honours while working.In joining forces with the formidable Karl Westvig, and soon after, Kelly Louw to create Job Crystal – we began (and continue) to realise our dream of helping more and more SMEs build their business while playing matchmaker with incredible talents and their perfect jobs. I have never been as challenged or fulfilled as I am now.
