I was responsible for Catering accounts where I had to create good relationships with clients and deliver an event to their expectations. Our goal was always to exceed that expectation and re-book the group for next year. I was involved in creating BEO's and making sure that the client was happy with whatever choices were made to make their event a success. Unfortunately I was laid off due to the economy.

Worked as a laison between the hotel and the meeting planners having an event at the hotel. Made sure that everything was going smoothly for the client and the event. 90% floor time, doing whatever was needed to help clients make their event successful.

checked guests in and out using the ARRIVAL process. Accepted different foms of payment with a bank and ensured that the guests had nothing less than a pleasant stay. Try to be proactive of situations that may occur in a negative way and turn it around into a positive.
