Delivering large landscape scale programs and projects across central Victoria. I am currently scoping a new biodiversity and climate refuge biolink funded by Melbourne Water, concentrating on water courses through Port Phillip and Westernport and the North Central CMA catchments. Additionally I am managing the publication of our new Evaluation Framework, to better communicate and distribute our impact outcomes to our Network Members and the wider scientific community.

Working alongside our Executive Director, I oversaw the strategic direction of the business, including overseeing all projects as well as management of the team. Projects I spearheaded during that time included:1. Research and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management software (SupporterHub) to streamline and improve our management of our major donor relationships. 2. Research and implementation of a project management and reporting software (Harvest App) to gain better insights into our project budgets, team efficiency and utilisation and overall company reporting. 3. HR recruitment for 4 critical roles (Heathcote landscape facilitator, Junior Ecologist, Administration Officer, and Senior Communications/Graphics Officer) 4. Produced the annual 2022 symposium "Are we ready to fix our environment? Network Members Forum" 5. Produced a series of 6 short instructional videos for "Glideways in the Melbourne Ark" which aimed to empower citizien scientists to monitor potential Phascogales and Glider species on or around their properties.

Restoring Nutritional Landscapes - a series of workshops and keynotes that address the current and future nutritional needs of eucalypt folivores such as the Greater Glider and Koala, particularly in the South Eastern parts of Australia. The project was supported by WWF, Envite Environment, The Australian National University and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning
