Working with Sales team and Partners to provide presale support on the proposed solution for prospective customers and existing customers. Extensive knowledge of the solution and the Higher Education market, with the ability to articulate this along with the benefits of the solution to the customer. Delivery of presentations and demonstrations with the customer to enable the provision of presale support throughout the sales cycle. Involvement is from the very first point of contact, through to the submission of tenders; demonstrations; implementation; training and after-sales.A main point of contact to our customers with heavy involvement in a working parties, sub-groups and product development with regard to future roadmaps and requirements.
