As Big Little Coordinator I organized the mentorship program hosting 3 different events with 50+ participating members resulting in 12 pairings of mentors and mentees.

Created a safe and inclusive environment for students on campus. Created weekly meetings for students to meet one another as well as host events. Marketed events on social media to increase awareness on campus. Communicate with staff from the Fremont Unified School District to create an inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ youth in curriculum and on campus. Communicated and advocated for Queer students to have a more inclusive curriculum and environment.

Created and organized events to bond together all members. Worked out logistics with administrators and staff to effectively carry out ideas.
