I established and operated a retail clothing and jewelry boutique for the women that included my clothing and jewelry designs under my store name, Letters from LA. In this role, I met the challenge to effectively oversee business development, operations, accounting, buying, calendars and budget control to include staff recruitment, training, and supervision for an excellent rate of retention. I oversaw design, manufacturing and branding of Letters from LA clothing and jewelry line, as well as marketing, merchandising and sales of vendor skus.
