Project-Construction of 8-Lane Dwarka Expressway (NH-248 BB) from Railway Over Bridge (ROB) Till End Point Km 40 NH-8-SPR intersection near Kherki Daula (Km 19+700 to Km 28+460) in the state of Haryana on EPC mode.India's first 8-lane single pier elevated expressway under Bharatmala Pariyogna of NHAI with several Civil Engineering complexities like Trumpet Grade Interchange, Cloverleaf intersection, 1-Steel 125M Bow String Truss bridges, 3-Vehicular underpasses with complex design, 3-Subways, 2- Cast in situ 60m obligatory spans along with 9 km of at grade road. The construction methodology is segmental involving Prestressing in pier caps and Segments. Client- NHAIKey Responsibilities-Intensively involved in the Project Management aspects. Right from project initiation, scope quantification and scheduling of activities on MS-Excel. Quantities calculation was followed by proper cost analysis along with obtaining and maintaining Project Margins in terms of labour, plant & machinery and material. In depth involvement and completion of all kinds of subcontractor bills, preparation of work orders and reconciling the major materials as per the terms and conditions of the subcontract agreement. I did bulk material reconciliation, placing orders for materials etc. Further involvement in project monitoring, preparation of proposals of various kinds, project utility proposals and negotiating margins on our project.There was COVID-19 time were I was deeply involved in terms of Labour mobilization to minimize the impact of the Pandemic on our project through formulation of proper norms.Presently, completing my 5 years of experience on this project and we are almost in the project completion phase . Right now, involved in project completion parameters and monitoring & handing over, preparation of final bills and reconciling planned Vs actual cost comparisons, so that to bring down the plan to actuals and look after all sorts of variations.
