I'm the talent manager at _nology, and I absolutely love connecting with people from all walks of life, regardless of their level of experience. I'm a real people person and I'm incredibly passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Our main goal is to train and upskill the next generation of tech talent and diversify the tech industry to create exciting new career opportunities for everyone!I also completed the _nology course, and I'm a huge tech enthusiast! Having gone through the course, I understand first-hand what it takes to succeed, which allows me to support and mentor our consultants as they embark on their own exciting journeys.Once we've found our fantastic consultants, we place them as top-notch Junior Software Developers and Cloud Engineers with our clients worldwide. It's our responsibility to understand our clients' needs and make their job easier.
