Leading a team of seven, I directed communications for the UNV Global Programmes, a four-year initiative to develop joint projects in more than eighty countries. By building extensive networks of UN, government and private sector partners, and ensuring that UNV communications championed the impact of the agency’s work, I helped to raise nearly US$160.

FSC is the world’s largest responsible forest certification agency and its membership comprises mining and forestry companies, NGOs, and trade unions and indigenous groups. Finding common ground among them was not always easy, but by focusing on shared values, joint achievements, and open and frank dialogue, I and my team of seven were able to create.

I helped turn an environmental expedition organization for 16-24 year-olds whose image was boring and overly scientific into one that was young, fun, and where you’re guaranteed an experience you’ll never forget.
