-I work alongside the Community School Manager and School Social Worker to provide support for the whole school community, facilitating various pathways and initiatives for student success, enrichment, and engagement. -Advocating for youth through trauma informed practices and supporting their growth despite socio economic/emotional barriers and challenges. -Supporting youth in and outside of the classroom setting through restorative practices and relationship building. -Mentoring youth academically and socially through art and play therapy, musical expression, creative social emotional activities, physical expression like dance and yoga, and one on one support with youth within and outside the classroom setting. -I facilitate the Peer Restorative Justice program where youth leaders team together to further strengthen the school culture and put to practice restorative modes of community building and enrichment. -Support the communication between families, youth, and staff to create academic and behavior plans for student success.

-Managed, ordered, and supplied essential items for a Summer Day Camp of 500+ youth and 100+ staff per session. This including food, arts and craft supplies, camping gear, sports equipment, etc. - Co-lead and supplied a week of training for incoming and returning counselors alongside the Director and Administrator of organization. - Mentoring and training counselors (ages 15-21) in creative programming with an emphasis on nature, music, behavior management, first aid, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution. -Worked on the administrative team to program, facilitate, and implement special events and activities for the whole camp community throughout the summer.-Helped "direct traffic" in the office, communicating with families and supporting the overall flow of the camp day.

Lead, managed, and trained a group of 20 counselors in their roll programming and facilitating activities for youth ranging from ages 6-15.Responsible for the safety and enrichment of 120+ youth throughout the camp day. Fostering skills in team management, leadership, and community organizing.
