Responsible for providing effective advice, support, and consultation for leadership and staff across various product groups including Mobile Routing, Mobile IP, Data, Broadband Access and Network Management with a span of control of over 600 employees. Accountable for all aspects of HR Management at multiple US and global locations in Canada, China, India and Pakistan with up to 10 direct reports. Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce/succession planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and direct business initiatives. Responsible for global executive reporting and analysis. Lead for local office activities related to Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Training and Development.

Responsible for providing effective support, direction, and consultation for management and staff in Engineering, Marketing, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Quality, and Sales ensuring company policies and federal/state law adherence. Regarded by client groups as first line point of contact for consultation with company policies and procedures, benefits, recruitment initiatives, employee relations, and development needs. Developed, designed and delivered training courses including a comprehensive interview training course for hiring managers and interview teams, company wide on-line expense reporting and payroll/time and attendance systems. Manage departmental focal review process, 360 reviews, compensation, stock incentives, ergonomic evaluations, restructurings and acquisitions.
