Responsible for the development, research and production of Tavis Smiley Reports, a series of primetime documentaries on PBS. In partnership with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting's American Graduate Initiative, Tavis Smiley Reports final installment, Education Under Arrest, focuses on the School-to-Prison pipeline in America.

Managed the packaging and delivery of Peabody Award winning documentary for PBS broadcast and home video distribution. Coordinated Emmy submission process.
