Individual Foundation member. Serving as organizer for the Los Angeles OpenInfra meetup group. Also, serving on the planning and program committee for OpenInfra Days North America (2024 and 2025).

Research, development and planning on projects related to entering new markets including: developing new products, expanding current offerings and establishing a robust global footprint• Conduct comprehensive market research to determine the viability of target markets for specific products and potential company expansion opportunities• Identify potential barriers and benefits to expansion including, but not limited to customer base, geographic barriers, local laws, corporate tax information and regulations• Create a plan for expansion efforts including market research, location specific factors, and go to market strategies for targeted product line(s)• Identify potential changes in user experience and customer personas as a result of recommended expansion• Present findings and recommendations to the executive team members and stakeholders to drive the best business decisions• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze and leverage findings to influence the integration strategy, approach, and stakeholder buy-in• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for designated expansion activities between all parties (internal and external), ensuring succinct communication, unified efforts, and clarity around objectives• Assess the success of expansion efforts through the management, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables and revenue streams as they compare to overall business performance and identify solutions for areas of improvement• Assist in ensuring the success of identified products and projects through collaboration with product line managers, marketing, sales, and support teams when necessary
