• Provide M&A advisory services on acquisitions (buy side), divestment (sell side) and fundraising for private companies.• Develop financial models, conduct seller/buyer outreach, perform valuation analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.• Prepare marketing materials e.g. information memorandums, teasers, and proposals.• End-to-end project management, liaison with vendors, bidders, and other appointed service providers.
