I personally handled all pre opening operations, staff recruitments, training, Sales/Marketing Plans; Media & Advertising, Public Relations, Budget/Forecast Revenues, hotel Policies & Procedures; Market Development and operations of the hotel for the first two years. I have managed both hotels for Two years and handed over the operations of City Royal Hotel to the New Management in 2003.
