Resumed full services as COO of FDI Care. Took over the entire charge of operations, successfully devising & driving a strategy that led turning around the operations that were running with negative operating margins into profitable business. The role entailed the entire responsibility of handling P&L, MIS, Cash flow reviews, AR / Payables, funds flow & appropriation, FEMA and other regulatory compliance. Handled complete responsibility of commercial operations including pricing, sales contracts, customer development and customer delight. My role was pivotal in striking new alliances, growing the customer base and turning around the business into positive cash flows. Successfully established the company as one of the most reputed, reliable, transparent, and professional organization with par excellence in the country in Nuclear Medicine field.

Shouldered end-to-end responsibility for setting up & operationalizing the Project of Day Care Oncology Centers, achieving break-even in 24 months. The responsibilities included site design, construction and operations ramp up with patient centric philosophy and value based care. Handled entire recruitments, tie-up with champion MedOncs, pharma, and referral base. Subsequently, I led the design and construction of a larger Model Day Care Chemotherapy infusion center, forged alliances with MedOncs for operations.

I hold the distinction of being the first employee of FDI Care, having been entrusted with the responsibility of establishing and scaling up the business. Handled the end-to-end responsibility of manufacturing facility construction, production operations and Go-to-Market strategy to build revenue streams.Conducted extensive market studies and re- aligned the business plan of promoters and revised the financial analyses & modeling of the market size. Resized project scope based on the market size, feasibility study, available capital from promoters at that point of time and their fund raising capability. Successfully completed the project in 18 months that resulted in a GMP enabled production site with future expansion capability which is only 3rd such free standing production unit in the country. Spearheaded the execution of a revenue share model alliance with Hospitlas to set up Nuclear Medicine Department with a PETCT and Gamma Camera, completing procurement, installation & commissioning of PET & Gamma in record time of 9 months. Additionally, I led the integration of the old department into new collaboration and started operations. Provided leadership to regulatory liaising that included regulatory approvals such as AERB, FIPB and FEMA compliances. Established teams, identified training requirement including SOPs for production / manufacturing, vendor identification and negotiation and formulating company administrative / HR policies.

I was a critical part of the administration team for Joliet Oncology Hematology Associates, Community Orthopedics and Futuristic Diagnostic Group. Worked closely with the administrator to design, build and set up state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer center including radiation / radiology with PET/CT and Tomotherapy. Shouldered the responsibility for Administration, Revenue cycle, Procurement, Banking, Human resources, IT, Front desk, Medical records and Transcription services. Spearheaded the selection and deployment and implementation of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) solution that changed the entire practice from paper to paper less go through huge Change Management process throughout the organizaiton.
