The Company:MYSITES GLOBAL LLC is a Construction and Asset Management company with a mission to help our clients optimize portfolio management, solve complex problems, design, track & maximize the impact of every budget dollar deployed with the help of our software (c) MYSITES GLOBAL. At present the software has more than 4000 Projects being integrated. The MYPAVE Pavement Maintenance Suite collects existing pavement data and conditions to create network-wide capital development strategies to help predict future repair and funding needs. These strategies utilize budgets based on paving design plans, specifications and bidding documents provided for successful implementation. Plans include asphalt and concrete pavement rehabilitiation, preventative maintenance, ADA compliance and other site issues such as drainage or structural improvements. Once these designs are complete, phasing plans, mix designs and construction administration is provided to facilitate project completion.My Duties:o Prepares and checks - detail plans, design calculations, cost estimations and recommendations for completeness, mathematical accuracy and conformity to standards.o Develops preliminary engineering treatments to determine construction feasibility.o Performs PCI (Pavement Condition Index) calculations using “ASTM D6433- Civil and Environmental Engineering CODE”o Consolidates field data obtained from various surveys. Assess repair methodologies for pavement structure from calculated Pavement Condition Index values. o Perform 5 to 10 Year Capital Improvement programs for various clients including all HOME DEPOT PARKING LOTS in USA, LIFETIME FITNESS, PUBLIC STORAGE, University of Toledo etc. o Direct engineering activities ensuring compliance with environmental, safetyo Provide technical advice to managerial personnel regarding design, construction, or program modifications or structural repairs.

Foundation repair and respective engineering training. Concrete Pavement maintenance. Developed project objectives by reviewing project proposals and engineering documents daily.Determined and implemented project responsibilities as a team by identifying project phases and scenarios.Advised project manager with various assumptions by reviewing engineering design and strength requirements.Performed cost analysis methods and minimized the usage of construction materials especially steel and concrete.
