I specialize in the analysis and resolution of complex business disputes, primarily relating to the construction and government contracts industries. I have consulted for construction companies, government contractors, subcontractors, owners, program managers, architects/engineers, insurance companies, and others. I have performed detailed schedule delay and cost overrun analyses on a variety of projects. My work has included the evaluation of numerous causes of delays including late material deliveries, late and incomplete design, changed work, labor shortages, force majeure events, differing site conditions, labor inefficiencies, and others. I have analyzed productivity impacts utilizing the Measured Mile approach as well as other methodologies.
