Part of a team which orchestrates data flow between Porter's Order Management System and Salesforce, which acts as an LMS for our customer care teams.

Actively contributed in helping startups grow their org culture and to measure their growth using PeopleCues, SaaS product of xto10x that helps startups scale. Worked as a core backend developer for PeopleCues and enhanced the product by implemented many new features to the tool like 1:1 management, HRBP org structuring, Continuous Org Surveys, Continuous Feedback Flow. Key Responsibilities- Establish, optimise and maintain good code practices across all the microservices- Design better solutions for newly added features and existing business flows- Participate and coordinate with the product team to boost CSATAchievements- Helped in transforming the monolithic architecture of the user-service of PeopleCues to a scalable, easy-to-maintain micro service architecture in Java.- Formulated and developed Manager Recommendation Index (MRX), which is now used as a standard way of estimating a manager's relationship with their associate. More than 300 startups have used this till date.- Implemented code quality flows across all the code pipelines of micro services using Sonarqube. - Successfully migrated 350+ orgs during unification of various SAAS products of xto10x (10xGoals, 10xPeople, 10xPerf) to PeopleCues.

- Part of the Backend team for the Walmart Global Stores Customer Transactions ETL Applications, Marketbasket and Customer Transaction History.- Assisted in the migration of processes from legacy based AIX servers to LINUX Servers. Improved domain knowledge and hand on experience on job scheduling ways involving CRON and resource manager. Resolved various important bugs by doing efficient RCA as part of onboarding process to the code base.- Implemented all the changes on microservices level on data transformation based on customer required basis.- Implemented the design of data consumption from Kafka producer level till ingestion into BigQuery, with data quality, validation, transformation, encryption checks and reforms.- Supported the team during outrages of services. Devised and Modeled the pipelines for disaster management and helped to break down single point of failure.- Handled various customer team queries across Walmart on usage of API calls to retrieve details based on store/transaction information. Documented everything for futuristic use- Built Kibana Dashboards during holiday season for stakeholders to have analytic view of business across 5000+ stores across US, Canada.

- Part of the Backend team for the Walmart's Internal Machine Learning Platform, Element.- Implemented REST APIs to check whether customer uploads/receiving data via Single Sign On.- Assisted in making changes for the uploading of artifacts of builds to Nexus Repository for smoother and easier local setup of microservices for testing and development.- Researched, Implemented and Presented the idea of Automated Machine Learning for the team taking the use cases of AutoML in GCP and Azure.- Improved code coverage to 85 percent of many microservices by writing JUnit test cases using Mockito for satisfying code quality gate prerequisite for deployments- Received a Pre-Placement Offer based on the performance.
