CurrentI am a partner in the Capital Markets practice at Pillsbury, where my practice focuses on representing both issuers and underwriters. I have experience with all types of capital markets transactions including IPOs and follow-on equity offerings, investment-grade, high-yield and convertible debt offerings, private placements and liability management transactions such as exchange offers, tender offers and consent solicitations. I have also advised clients on various compliance, corporate governance, stock exchange listing and other general corporate matters.My practice focuses on the information technology, software, energy and infrastructure sectors but I have worked with companies from many other industries, including the media, telecommunications, retail, finance, biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing and transportation sectors.
