- Develop strong relationships with partners of ManpowerGroup, supporting delivery of strategic change to operations whilst still ensuring consistent high performance;- Establish and maintain relationships with all operations and vendors;- Support engagements related but not limited to Financial Operations, and Project Management and Acquisition Management;- Day to day line management and development of the assessment team in permanent and temporary placements;- Engagement of the team with company initiatives and process;- Monitoring the ongoing performance management;- Ensuring process is in place and is followed for the appropriate and timely recruitment of all sectors – BPO, IT, Engineering, Production & Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Pharma and Temporary staff recruitment;- Candidate Experience;- End to end responsibility for services projects. This includes: project planning, monitoring and control, resource management, risk management, define and measure KPI’s while focusing on ROI;- Perform resource allocations and pipeline planning according to delivery requirements, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals;- Proactively anticipate and identify delivery risks and implement the actions and workarounds required to mitigate risk events in order to minimize the impact to the project;- Assist project leaders in the execution of project plans and ensure that all team members understand their assigned responsibilities;- Coordinate & oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed;- Strong business involvement while syncing and communicating with the business and marketing teams to prioritize between projects and resolve conflicts;- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients;- Establish and improve delivery processes companywide while demonstrating agile and innovative capabilities.
