Key activities: • Transition business from majority project-based work to focus on long-term contracted annuity revenue by repackaging the delivery of services to integrate transformation as part of operations rather than discrete activities• Recruited and developed senior leadership team across three business lines• Develop key account relationships at the C-level to further engagement depth and keep abreast of customer challenges• Targeted, acquired and maintained an account portfolio across industries, organisational types and sizes and of varying cyber security challenges• Developed delivery systems and processes to achieve improved speed, flexibility, consistency and value to clients for key services• Designed and implemented an organisational structure to align performance measures across the various business line disciplines and functions
