As a Specialist Ophthalmologist at Medcare Eye Centre in Dubai, I provide high-quality patient care in cataract and vitreoretina, using my proficiency in various ophthalmic procedures, such as retinal lasers, intravitreal injections, cataract and vitreoretinal surgeries. I have successfully completed my DNB Ophthalmology at L.V. Prasad Eye Institute in India, where I received the Dr. G. Venkataswamy Gold Medal, and my vitreoretinal fellowship at Sankara Nethralaya, where I was recognized as the Best Outgoing Vitreoretinal Fellow and Lady Fellow.Alongside my clinical role as a visiting consultant, I also serve as the Education & Research Associate at Rajan Eye Care Hospital in India, where I contribute to advancing the ophthalmic knowledge base through research and publications. I have authored multiple peer-reviewed articles and serve as an editorial board member for the Ophthalmology Foundation and Tamilnadu Journal of Ophthalmic Science and Research. I am also passionate about sharing my insights and resources with the ophthalmic community, as evidenced by my educational website Ophthalmobytes, my lectures on Cybersight and my social media initiative #Retina101bySM. I hold the distinction of being a Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO) and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (MRCS).
