• Ensure the traceability of all materials and equipments from purchasing and up to delivery on site, Ensure all materials are delivered in site compliances with the contract requirements. and systems are tested in accordance with specifications and approved inspections and test plans.• Arrange all RFC drawings in site before starting erection and testing of equipments.• Provides schedule update data and information to enable updates of schedules and monitors progress against schedule.• Preparation of inspection request and getting approval before starting the works and completion of all works from Civil and Electrical Departments.• Getting NOCs from other departments if required.• Responsible for implementation of the site HSE Plan.• Conduct/Participate in company Quality or technical compliance audits for sub contractors or vendors.• Review the contract documents in each construction project in respect of QA/QC Requirements and procedures and inform project manager of any deficiency. • Review Inspection ,test plans and ensure compliance with contract requirements.• Closely monitor site activities, fully co ordinate with PMC discipline engineers, on daily basis issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance and reporting to project manager in case of shortage of skilled manpower or site supervision staff.• Participate with PMC staff in assessing concession requests and field design changes and close out report submitted by sub contractor.• Providing supervision and guidance to Sub-Contractors for the erection of GIS, 132/11kv transformers, capacitor banks, 11kv switchgears, LVAC panel, control panels, battery systems, cable trays, grid and equipment earthings, power and control cable laying and terminations.
