Worked on data collection, processing, and visualization for the project Built by Data, funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), on behalf of Technische Universität Berlin. Major tasks included the integration of real-time comfort parameter sensor data (temperature, humidity and lux level) with timestamped weather data, to generate datasets using Python. Also involved in designing the Post Occupancy Evaluation Survey tool for measuring occupant satisfaction and identifying improvement opportunities.

· Interface Engineer - Co-ordinated with 7 fellow Main Contractors, drafted and obtained consensuson Interface Agreements· Maintained Interface Information Request (IIR) register and closed 347 IIRs· Implemented and maintained outgoing/incoming Information Exchange register and MonthlyInterface report between L&T and other stakeholders· Planning Engineer - HVAC System execution scheduling in 18 buildings including 30MWDistrict Cooling System, quantity surveying and material quality inspection, manpower requirementestimation and procurement assistance· Presentation of work progress report in commercial and technical meetings with internalmanagement and the client· Site Engineer - Hands on experience in monitoring and controlling of sub-contractors’ work forHVAC , Fire Protection and Plumbing works, extensive use of REVIT software for BIMCoordination, monitoring productivity, clearing Inspection requests for completed work andtabulating snagging/de-snagging progress· Prepared the Defect Notification Plan (DNP) and obtained the client approval, managed thefacility management team as a part of Defect Notification Period· Maintenance and Operation planner - Prepared the O&M Procedure and Spare Parts list in coordination with the suppliers/sub-contractors for 21 packages and obtained the client’s approval· Received 725 defect reports from the airport operations team and resolved 80% to the client’ssatisfaction
