Responsibilities in my Project: Studied all existing business practices pertaining to Order to Cash and SAP IS Media module. Active participation in Unit and Integration testing .Prepared Unit test scripts based on the new enhancements and the Change Requests worked on. Collection and creation of Functional Design document and Change Requests. Given Functional Input to Technical Team during the Resolution of Bugs and Involved in Functional Specification Update. Actively Involved for Resolving Open Issues and Imparting Smooth Solution. Participated in analysis of Issues and expected solution to resolve it. Worked on SAP IS Media Master- Media Family, Media Product and Media Issue and & Media Customer Master- Commercial, Non commercial, Federal govt, Schools, Subsidiary. Aware of the DMS, Order Management, Consignment Process, Contract Processing and Credit Management. Worked on LSMW for pricing upload, Profit center, Sales office, Sales group, DTN Upload and mass update. Actively Participated during implementing cutover strategy. Hyper care and Post go live Support- Handling Severity 2 and 3 tickets. Active Participation in Production Support. Configuration and creation of the release orders from different types of contract and Sales order processing. Configuration of order types, item categories, schedule line categories, billing types. Worked on Credit / Debit Request’s and Memo’s. Attending daily and weekly status call with client on gathering requirements and other enhancements /CR’s in scope.
