Currently, I am serving as a Support Engineer for the T-Mobile and Sprint projects at Smartek21. Hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE technology, where will monitor and support the entire environment. Handled Cisco products like CUCM, CUIC & LDS, CVP, CCMP, Cisco Expressway and third-party products like VHT, MIQ, Aceyus, Unirsm and Genband. Will carry out Monthly Windows patching on AW and PG servers, central controller aICM (for agent) & sICM (for IVR service) servers. Creating, deleting, and altering agents, blocking spam numbers in AW and validating agent registration status on the PG, will perform an exit OPC in the PG to release the stuck agent and reboot the corresponding CUCM, CUIC, CUBE, LDS, VVB, and MIQ servers will all be done per the internal ticket request, skilled in analyzing the logs by increasing the trace level. Coordinated with the Cisco TAC Team, outside vendors, and service partners to evaluate the issue and choose the best course of action for mitigation.

As per customer or the vendor request based on the issue, we will follow the mitigation steps to fix them.➢ Performed TOMCAT certificate updates on CUCM and Finesse GUI, Exit OPC on PG’s, exitRouter, ANI number block in AW, agent modification, deletion, addition & skill group alignment through AW server.➢ Skilled in supporting, monitoring, escalating and troubleshooting regarding the Server performance and UCCE related products & applications. Also, perform the failover (in duplex setup) without impacting production in case of a reboot/maintenance is required.➢ Hands on experience with the following incident management tools like PagerDuty, Reliatel, Pier 2.0 and the dashboards like Onesight, Prognosis tools, Aceyus, eGain Analytics, Appdynamics, Splunk, Eyequeue. ➢ On daily basis will resolve around 40+ tickets related to both UCCE and IPT which will be receiving through the PagerDuty, Reliatel, Pier 2.0 tools. -
