 Evaluating Client Contract, Project awarded scope, Design and Client specifications. Prepare project schedule based on project delivery Prepare ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) as per project requirement Conduct Kick of meetings with Client and internal team Review engineering drawings and BOM as per project requirement. Review Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project budget in accordance to the project scope Expedite procurement to meet project delivery Expedite project document approvals from Client to achieve target delivery. Control project budget by selecting correct Vendors and negotiate prices and delivery with Vendors. Execute risk assessment and take precautionary measures in advance Review and update project schedule in timely manner Effective communication with Client and Team of project scope. Responsible to keep all project related communications and drawings safe within the team. Prepare weekly project reports to Client. Update lesson learnt register on time. Prepare change orders to Client based on project requirements Find root cause of any project issues and resolve them effectively with corrective actions. Close out the project effectively with Final report.

• Overseeing project engineering and development & control activities, thereby integrating all discipline activities • Liaising with all the Departments such as Process, Piping, Procurement, Quality Control, manufacturing, Accounts & finance, Logistics and HSE for smooth project execution.• Leading a team of Six Project team members• Supervising the entire project management activities from initiation to handover, organising meeting all milestones within the project plan to ensure that the project progresses in a timely manner • Interacting with Construction Representative to monitor the construction activity against the Plan• Ensure value engineering workshops are carried out at the appropriate times to the project and that there is a ‘value culture’ developed within the design team• Taking active part in analysing pre-contract correspondence vis-à-vis contract and resolving grey areas, if any • Delivering effective support in the preparation of the project execution plan encompassing objectives, priorities & directives to be followed and constraints to be imposed on the design, procurement and erection & commissioning of the plant • Developing the periodical progress reports for client and higher management• Holding the responsibility of controlling the distribution of information to company, clients, vendors and other bodies, thereby ensuring proper document control of the same through Document Controller • Playing a key role in ensuring the adherence to the health, safety and environmental policies during the entire cycle of the project• Maintaining healthy relationship with other departments within the company and meeting client expectations• Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultant and third party suppliers
