Established in 1995 as a small sewing unit, over a period of time, we have grown into a vertically integrated unit with in-house facilities like knitting, processing, printing, sewing and embroidery. At present, we are running 700 machines with an annual turnover of 3 million USD.We hold below certifications:Social Audit: WRAP, SA8000, SEDEX & SCAN Audit (Supplier Compliance Audit Network) Technical Audit: Otto International, SQP (Supplier qualification programs).Commercial Audit: AEO-Authorized Economic Operator-T2 CertificateSustainable: OEKO-TEX-Class-1, OCS, GOTS, BCI membership, RCS, GRS, Eco Vera, Higg Index & STWI.C2C: We are working on Cradle to Cradle in collaboration with one of our major clients.Sustainability:To save natural resources and the environment, we are already working on the sustainability side at its best.Dyeing Factory - Sustainability:The power used for this plant is from our own windmill.Individual ETP plant-Zero Liquid Discharge Systems, water balancing is done using special software which captures the entire flow of water right from freshwater to the ATFD stage.100% Recycling and reuse of salt, 95% Reuse of Water.Dyes and chemicals are being used based on GOTS, OEKO-Tex, REACH & Higg Index norms.Production - Sustainability:We are using 100%BCI Cotton, Organic Cotton, CMIA Cotton & Viscose (Eco Vera)70%Recycled Cotton 30%Virgin Cotton & Recycled Polybags we are doing for our existing customers.Nowadays all the retailers are talking about sustainability products so we implemented ourselves in our processing, production & accessories supply chain, in addition, if retailers give more input on sustainability side we are ready to adapt quickly.
