• Crushers, Conveyors, Screening, TLO, Reclaimer, Stacker, Switch room Maintenance work• Belt drift, Pull wire installation, maintenance and status checking• Preventive maintenance of all Electrical and Instrumentation equipment.• Switchboard wiring and terminations, follow mine site OHS and traffic rules• Fault finding and fixing of Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment Preventative maintenance and fault finding for crushers, conveyors, and hydraulics. Installation, trouble shooting, and commissioning of conveyor instrumentation. Testing, fault findings, and preventative maintenance for HV & LV motors. Preventative maintenance and inspection work for HV & LV VSD. Electrical isolations and de-isolations whilst undertaking Electrical Isolation Officer duties. New installations, maintenance, and termination work of switchboards. Installation of cable trays, including pulling cables and panel board terminations. Instrumentation fault finding and calibration; including level sensors, flow meters, RTD’s, flow vales, and installations. Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and following mine safety procedures. New installations and modifications to wiring of final sub-circuits as per AUS/NZ electrical standard.

• Installing and wiring of new light fixtures and new socket outlets as per AS/NZ electrical standard• Installation and Panel wiring, Switchboard Wiring, PLC wiring.• Configuring, Testing and fault finding and replace components on process line including ultrasonic, capacitive, photoelectric, laser, radar, pressure, temperature, safety and inductive sensors.• PID open loop tuning( Flow,Level,Temperature)• Calibrating Flow meter, differential pressure transmitter, Level transmitter (Radar, Ultrasonic, Capacitance etc.)Using HART and milliamp meter.• Conduct planned maintenance, condition monitoring and preventative maintenance routines; respond to issues arising from planned and unplanned maintenance.• Contribute and drive OHS programs, assist Plant Operations Supervisor with solutions implementation and quality control activities with focus on safe production and a zero harm incident culture.• Perform JSA’s for quality, task specific and compliance. Actively contribute to weekly meetings re: planning, quality, standards and safety.• Installation and programming of new Powerflex753 and Delta drives.• Installation, Wiring of DOL,Star/Delta and Soft starters• Attend Control System and Process Flow breakdowns; carry out root cause analysis & problem solving.• Effective knowledge of the Lockout, Tag out Processes• Able to do job alone by following Safety rules & regulations• Allen Bradley PLC and Unitypro Schneider ladder logic& FBD programming, and fault finding
