My full name is Syed Ali Safeer (almost there) Kazmi. Some people call me Syed, most of them call me Ali, my immediate family calls me Safeer, and I am still waiting for the day someone calls me Kazmi. Anyhow, enough with the names. Something about me. I was born in Karachi, Pakistan where I spent, more or less, 19 years of my life. Being born in world's 12 biggest city by area was an experience. I completed my high school (11th and 12th grade) with a grade A, before joining the esteemed and research-intensive University of Northern British Columbia on a scholarship in September 2022, where I am majoring in Psychology and minoring in General Business and Anthropology. I also work as a Research Assistant for one of my professors at UNBC currently.Currently working at Best Buy Canada as a Mobile and Telecommunications Specialist, I have worked a total of four jobs prior to this. Back in Pakistan, I used to work as a Virtual Assistant for Mr. David Church, a well-known entrepreneur and coach in the field of Asset Recovery, making calls to up to 300+ customers in a day. I simultaneously was also a youth soccer coach for the kids in the age range of 8-15. When I first arrived at Prince George, BC, I started work at Sport Chek, where I was a Certified Sales Advisor, where I worked till December 2022. Alongside Sport Chek, I also started working as a referee in the soccer intramurals tournament held in UNBC, in October 2022. Alongside my work experience, I have a passion for reading books and guiding people.
