Neuropsychological-psychological treatment of patients with neurological disorders and psychological treatment for chronic pain. Patients with different disorders were treated, such as ischaemic and heamorrhagic strokes, neurodegenerative disorders, dementia, TBI, Multiple Sclerosis, brain tumors and chronic inflammatory diseases of the neural system.Different fields of neuropsychological work were introduced, including, but not limited to, planning diagnostic tests, conduction of tests, therapy of patients and counselling patiens on treatment.

Costa Rica

I did one month of voluntary work in an animal sanctuary in Costa Rica, during which I mainly had to feed the animals, clean cages and help with construction of new cages

Embu, Kenya

During a voluntary year after school I helped out in an orphanage for HIV-positive children and worked as a teaching assistant in a class for pupils with learning impairments. In the orphanage we had 18 children. I helped with the cooking, brought lunch to school for the children and walked the youngest back home after school. In the afternoons I helped with homework and kept the kids busy with different activities. In school I assisted the teacher by helping the students with exercises and supervising gym class.
