- Facilitator and organizer for mindset, behavior & soft skill trainings with a focus on coaching, Inclusion and Diversity and Talent Development- Implementation and facilitation of different line manager trainings to refresh and inform about various HR topics (e.g. processes of employee lifecycle) - Employee engagement survey champion EMEA incl. communication, reporting and web-based training for managers- Collaboration in different HR projects e.g. well-being, Change-Management- Partner with HR colleagues to implement global Talent Development programs and support local pull through- Definition, development and implementation of in-house trainings based on business needs- Moderation of monthly Welcome Day including in Sisseln and Kaiseraugst
