Working on a division that is concerned with mental health called Mental Empowerment, it was established in 2021 which is new and has so much struggle in it. We tried to integrate and made partnerships with the students executive board in all faculty to create integrated services for Mental Health issues. As a 'Staff Muda' there are some roles and responsibilities I have done:1. Vice Project Officers for Bimbingan Fasilitator. Bimbingan Fasilitator is a mentoring program for all students of Diponegoro University any major. It is basically a month-intensive program to learn how to be mental health facilitator. The program achieves the quantitative goals which are involved 13 faculties with 40 mentees.2. Being a master of ceremony on certain occasions3. Moderated 2 segmen of instagram live streaming 'Ngamen' or Ngobrol Asik tentang Mental Health which discussed "Pendampingan Psikologi pada Korban Kekerasan Seksual" with Hopehelps Diponegoro and "How to Deal with Cancel Culture" with Corak Mana

Event Planner At Diponegoro Lawyer Club (Dipofair)
Diponegoro Lawyer Club was one of Dipofair 2022 series of events which the idea comes to discuss an issue about Net Zero Emission in 2060. The project was alike a panel discussion with several speakers in the scope of government, legislative assembly, academics, and students of Diponegoro University. The goal of the project is to create awareness among the public, especially college students, about new and renewable energy in Indonesia. The discussion was attended by Kepala Dinas ESDM Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Koordinator Penerapan Program Bioenergi, Kepala Prodi Energi Sekolah Pacasarjana Undip, and Presiden Mahasiswa Semarang. As an event planner, there were several responsibilities, such as:1. In charge to compose term of reference (ToR) as a handed brief for the audience and speakers2. Coordinated with the board of directors (BoD) of the events3. Dividing tasks for the day of the event4. Make a technical brief for the panelist which is all college students of Diponegoro University5. Coordinated with media partner (UndipTV)6. Arrange technical system for the day of the events (mapping, rehears, and plot)

Festival Film Inhum
Festival Film Inhum (FFInhum) is a national short movie competition for high school and college students all over Indonesia to give appreciations to novice film director also to spread awareness about education and literacy. This project was supported by Pemerintah Kota Semarang and Kementrian Pendidikan, Riset, dan Teknologi RI. The day of the awarding ceremony, we held webinars which discussed how to create good movies and make a good animation to deliver value to the audiences. The webinars was supported by HUION BIC Indonesia which is a creative industry that distribute animation kit. Over all, Festival Film Inhum gained 40 creative short movies from the participants and the webinars was attended by 150+ participants. As a project leader, I was fully in charge to dividing tasks and made a good work environment so that, all of my friends which is my internal stakeholder was happy to work and take the responsibilities as well. To be more specific, this was my scope of work:1. Made a good communication system between officers, managers, and board of director. This system simplifies communication between 170 people which I lead.2. Intensive coordinated with 5 divisions to discuss marketing and campaign strategy3. Coordinated and making agreement with external stakeholders4. Proofreading proposal, guidebook, and MoU before it handed to stakeholders5.
