Areas of expertise include stakeholder relations, corporate social responsibility, external risk management. Worked many years as a trainer and facilitator in various cultures, countries, settings.I am owner of Dare to Jump consultancy: providing advice, support and training on sustainability, in particular stakeholder relations and external risk management. I prefer to contribute to (energy) organizations where sustainability is key to the business. I am also interested in supporting non-profit organizations to strenghten their relationships with the private sector.Why the name Dare to Jump? Because:• I jumped into a new adventure after 20 years in the corporate world• I believe companies need to change when it comes to energy transition • I believe women should take risk more often.In Shell, I have a track record of successful delivery in challenging projects, and broad international working experience in countries like Peru, Bangladesh, Switzerland and Syria. Before joining the energy sector, I was a freelance journalist and owner of a press agency. So I come with ‘outside in’ perspectives. My style is engaging, strategic and authentic with a strong drive to making a positive impact. Some people describe me as a ‘linking pin’ or ‘spider in the web’ as I am aiming to build bridges between organizations and people.
