About Saskia Langedijk

My life motto is ‘There are no Problems, only Challenges’. Problems are like a brick wall, it only holds back. Challenges enable you to see possibilities, a start of something new, different and exiting….To keep my mind open, I need and have the ability to easily fit in with new environments, handle unexpected circumstances and get familiar easily with new areas of expertise. The experience obtained through my professional experiences, combined with a (international) university study, has given me the opportunity to have both a practical and an analytical view of projects, enabling me to have the best of both worlds. My main drivers are to continuously experience new challenges and gather experiences, to become a better version of myself. A good leader should look beyond current views and knowledge and see keep an open mind for new possibilities and ideas.
