Sr. Large Group Account Lead, National Accounts
CurrentBuilding and maintaining trusted relationships with national clients through proactive oversight of key service aspects and resolving problems accurately, efficiently and at root cause, while leveraging the interaction to educate stakeholders on the value proposition of our clients’ products and services. Assisting employer HR VPs, HR generalists, CFOs, and other strategic decision makers including, brokers, account managers and client leaders with inquiries and escalations. Continue to develop a deep understanding of clients’ plans, needs & expectations to ensure a cohesive employer experience. Managing escalations by working with internal partners to achieve cross-departmental resolution. Securing client renewal of products and creating referenceable clients in an effort to protect our and our clients’ revenue in service and growth of employers. Encouraging other lines of business and account-based growth and deposits. Supporting Team Leads as a Senior member of the team in administrive tasks, training and development, and leading client escalation calls as needed.
