About Sahil Patel
https://sites.google.com/ncsu.edu/sahil-patel/I am currently a first-year Ph.D. student at North Carolina State University studying statistics with an interest in biostatistics and inferential machine learning. I have enjoyed clinical trial design and biostatistics during my time as a practicum student at the Centre of Addiction and Mental Health, where I worked on novel expansions of clinical trial designs. I hope to bridge this field with my interest in machine learning, which I developed while working at the Pardee Lab in the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto.
