 Lead the project team to achieve the project targets, always starting from the Safety, and coordinate/attend the project meetings. Coordinate the production of Daily Progress, weekly Progress, monthly project progress reports and inform the senior management on the project status. Manage the Project Closure and the Close out Report with the relevant lessonlearned. Manage the relationships with the suppliers and contractors in collaboration with ContactManagement and Expediting & Logistic units and in coordination with Construction and Procurement units. Coaching and mentoring the assigned resources to promote the skills improvement and an adequate professional growth. Promote the team working and the communication within the assigned projectteam. Promote the Safety, Environment and Quality Policy and the relevant behavior. Foster the continuous improvement with lessons learned and innovationideas. Inspection of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works and to maintain all the required reportsand documents at site.

ACME KREDL 110MW SOLAR PROJECTS.Key role player in Erection of HT and LT Panel, EHV /HV switch yards, 75 MVA 220 KV/33 KV power transformers, HT switch boards and commissioning. Scheme and relay testing , interlocks and protection AC and DC works including ICR, MCR. Knowledge of SCB String Connection. Pivotal in construction supervision and inspection of erection, testing, pre commissioning & commissioning. Knowledge on Transformer protection, Differential Protection, Bus Bar protection and synchronizing scheme. Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for sub-station. Testing of switch yard equipment like CT, PT, CVT, Circuit breaker and isolator Illumination and plantlighting. MMS Installation, Pile Casting and MODULE installation as per module allocations. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results,inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QCdocuments. Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity.  Ensure all activities are performed as per site safety requirements. Ensure safety standards as defined in approved safetyplan. Ensure all items on the Project checklist have been completed as required. To carried out work with proper safety and instruct to all for doing safely work wearing Safety PPEs. Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inspection Reports. To checking setting out, leveling and surveying job before execution of the project. Managing and monitoring of Day to day work at site. Manage workload of project-discipline engineers and technicians. Developing quality plans & assumes responsibility for technical quality of engineering work products. Monitoring and managing staff levels to accommodate workload with input from Project Managers. Preparing SLD, Vendor drawing review, Electrical calculations, Short circuit & transient analysis. Preparing Project Planning, Scheduling and Monthly Progress reports. Following up with Vendors and Consultants regarding Technical matters and co-ordaining with the Vendors for timely manufacturing and delivery of equipment to the site. Inspection of invoices after delivery of material tosite. Load calculation of buildingelectrostatics. Prepare the MMR Report and Weekly report and Daily Reports. H.T. & L.T. & APFC Panel, Motor Starter SFU D.G. synchronizing panel, andSubstation, DC & AC UPS, High Mast, undergroundCabling, Building/Apartment & House wiring, StreetLighting H.T. & L.T.
