Recruitment & Induction • Handling end to end recruitment. • Effective Use of Recruitment Tool ATS (Applicant Tracking System) from Open Hire.• Pre screening & Hr round of the candidates. • Scheduling interviews as per the requirements of various departments. • Reference check of the new employees. • Ensure that employees are commended in employment smoothly and that during their employment, they receive appropriate guidance and support. • Managed all the activities for End to End Recruitment for internal • Handling recruitments on wide range of IT skill-sets and the positions i.e., junior, middle and senior management levels. In-depth assessment/analysis of Department's requirements. • Searching and identifying potential candidates from Naukri Portal. • Self involvement in preliminary telephonic and personal interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects Etc.) • Coordinating with team to close the requirements..• Managing the vendors..Hr Operations • Joining formalities. • Issuing of letter like Offer letter, Appointment letter, Relieving letter, Employee Verification letter, address Proof etc. • Maintenance of employee's personal files. • Handle Employee verification.Payroll:-- Provides Payroll Input to the Finance Team on monthly Basis.
