I am a highly driven and accomplished legal professional with a solid foundation in law. Having graduated with an LLB degree from the prestigious University of London in 2021, I have honed my skills, developed a deep understanding of various aspects of law and gained practical experience through diverse legal roles.During the early stages of my career, I had the privilege of working as a legal intern at two prominent law firms: Jamil Law Associates and MCA Law Associates. While interning, I gained practical exposure and refined my legal acumen as well as having the opportunity to gain valuable insights into various legal domains.Subsequently, I was appointed as a Legal Associate at Fahim Zia Law Associates, where I further enhanced my skills in drafting petitions and legal notices, researching cases, learning established principles of law, interpretation of statutes, and processes of the District and High Courts.My professional journey took an exciting turn when I was presented with a remarkable opportunity to join IBL Group, one of Pakistan's largest and most renowned conglomerates, with a diverse portfolio in the Pharmaceutical, Distribution and Healthcare sectors.At IBL, I have been entrusted with critical responsibilities focused around The Searle Company Limited and Searle Pakistan Limited, the two flagship entities within the group.In my current role, I work closely with cross-functional teams, advising on regulatory compliance, business development, contract negotiation, contract management, intellectual property matters, risk mitigation and arbitration. I have successfully handled complex legal issues, crafted robust legal strategies, and ensured adherence to applicable laws and regulations including compliance of the recently in-effect SRO 1347(I)/2021 of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.I am a proactive problem-solver, adept at analysing intricate legal issues, providing sound advice, and developing pragmatic solutions tailored to business objectives.
