As a Human Resources Executive/ Psychotherapist I have a curious mind which helps me in facing constant challenges, though more than a challenge I perceive it as an opportunity to evolve, learn and grow. Having a certificate in "Everyday Parenting" from "Yale University" assists me in understanding the human psyche in an effective way. My penchant towards deducing problems and understanding underlying patterns led me to a place where I am working as a Human Resources Executive and wanting to contribute towards well being of my fellow beings and also towards a company's success through my expertise & skills as an employee. I am always seeking to excel and grow with the company meanwhile looking out for new challenges in new areas to gain more knowledge and experience.
