Surrey Night Market, a multicultural, family friendly event for all the residents of Surrey and neighbouring cities, was started in the summer of 2014 at the Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds in Surrey, BC. It was a very sincere effort to provide fun times by including something for every member of the family - large variety of food, merchandize, and entertainment, and also rides for children. It was a humble beginning and very good learning experience for us. It was a humble beginning and very good learning experience for us. We are very grateful for the feedback from the attendees and will do our best to incorporate the suggested changes next year. In 2015, the Surrey Night Market will operate for a longer duration - possibly from the last weekend of May to mid-September and will open on Sundays as well. The night market will have 45 to 50 food vendors, 125 to 150 non-food vendors selling quality merchanize, a performance stage with non-stop entertainment, and numerous rides for children. The Surrey Night Market will provide an exceptional opportunity to local businesses to promote and sell their products and services, by setting up booths at the event or by displaying their banners at the venue. The night market will also have opportunities for sponsorship.
